Meeting quality standards from in-process to finished product

Quality is one of the biggest drivers in the industry today. Our Quality Assurance Department runs two large bridge CMM machines where all tooling, EDM electrodes and castings are thoroughly checked prior to approval.

Our QA staff consists of quality engineers with extensive experience in GD&T, PC-DMIS knowledge. In addition, our lab has adopted its own quality driven philosophy and inspection procedures using the latest ZEISS/GOM scanning technology to ensure that each task is completed and verified.
